Each payment is due at the beginning of each phase (typically 30 days apart).

A family of a main logo and two abbreviated logos. Each logo format receives a total of 4 files (3 png files and one eps file). This is a total of 12 files.

No, this is the responsibility of the brand owner. DBM will assist in the formatting and design of the content, but does not write copy for the actual digital offering of the brand owner.
However, copy is provided for the website sales page.
